Mee Audio-Customer Support-Outstanding Service!!!

I am a new owner of the P1 earphone,which I love.
I own about 8 pairs of earphones,and the P1's are without a doubt the finest pair I own.
 
2 days ago,I noticed that the mesh filters,inside the earpads were missing,I called Mee,and was put in touch with Mellisa customer support.,I was very concerned ,that possibly they fell,inside the earcup,or,just fell out.,anyway,I just wanted to correct this problem.
Mellisa told me to send her pictures of both earcups,,which I did,the next day she responded to me,and informed me,that pictures were gone over with the tech department,and I was assured,that,the filters did not fall into the earcups.
 
Just wanted to say,that because of the manner ,Mellisa handled this problem,the problem was resolved,and new filters put in the mail,all within 24 hours.
From here on in,my next pair of earphones,will be from Mee Audio
Great product,even better Customer Service!!
