Although I am generally pleased with the white tri tips on my 4p, I'm wondering if folk have had better results with tips from other manufacturers.

The Ety grey foamies are a bit big and scratchy for my ear canals. The Ety tan foamies are too small (it figures, eh?)

The closest I've come is a makeshift rig using some orange Howard Leight Max foam ear plugs. They seem very comfortable, seem to improve the bass, and have an NRR of 33. However, it's a chore to core them for the headphones, so I'm looking for another solution.

So, does anyone know a softer and smaller foam plug that fits the 4p?

Are the small beige tips the same as the Comply tips that come with the UM2's?

they're not foam, but what about the soft flex tips that come with the shure e3c? i've been using them on my er4p/s and i really like them...they come in three sizes, too.
