I wanna get some Portapros now to upgrade my current Bass Freqs, and I'm wondering, would it be possible to get some replacement pads for a pair of MDR-ZX100s and swap the stock foam earpads out for them, and if so, how would they feel and sound?
Connected through a portable amp to a Sansa Fuze, of course.
Side note: also wanna recable my UR40s to bring them back to life as an upgrade to my V150s as far as home use goes, which would be the best cable and plug for that and the best way of going about it? Because the person who wrote this thread used what looks like some pretty nice cabling on his Portapros.
