This showes the inside of the MDR-f1 and MDR-V700Dj Drivers with the exception of the dampening these appear to be the same Driver Unit. what do you Guys think?

I wouldn't be surprised, but how do you think HD580/600 and HD650 drivers look like? pretty simillar..

Well the pic is pretty dark, but they look pretty damn similar to me. If it's tru then I guess it speaks volumes about the importance of proper enclosure design for closed cans.

I am sorry for the Poor quality i had to compress these down from 3.5 megs to 14K using Photoshop save for web option. showen is the V700 driver only and my next post showes only the F1 driver still hightly compressed

This CD3K Driver is quite different however the Driver and its insert will fit the F1's Humm $200.00 For replacement CD3K drivers for $300.00 Headphones, I must be Mad.
