MDR-7506 Headphones, please help me, they are making my ears hurt

The 7506's are great. You get out what you put in. I am listening to them right now with my Treo 10 mp3 jukebox making some fine jazz music.

My suggestion is lower the volume. Start off with volume too LOW. Your ears will adjust. Then turn them lower until just right.

It is very very easy to listen too loud to headphones.
