MCINTOSH LABS INTRODUCES NEW HEADPHONE AMP MODEL MHA 100

I've got the McIntosh MHA70 speakers and they're stunning especially if you can place them near a wall. With all I've read about the LS50 and the Mini Maggies, I'm definitely going to a audition them some day.

The biggest thing that struck me about the mini maggies is how they sound 10 times their size.  Delivers a wave of music from both sides of the driver instead of a cone of it on one side.  Imaging was spot on like the singer was actually sitting right in front of me.

Had agreed to (reluctantly) sell my MHA100 this week, luckily the buyer seems to have pulled out!!

Thank heavens for that. It seems to be sounding better than ever, if that's possible.

Sadly this has also crossed my mind too.  I have this and the GSX MK2; kind of overkill on the solid state front and one of them will have to go eventually.  Haven't decided which.  That money can be allocated elsewhere on more frivolous things:)

If either of you are willing to sell... I'll hold off on buying a brand new one, but I was planning on doing that this week. Food for thought.

Won't, be that soon for me if I sell.  But sounds like Justin was ready:)

Anyone running a pair of PS1000s on the MHA100 and care to comment on how well or not they play together?

My Audeze LCD-X's are a nice match; I am still enamoured with my MHA100 and look forward to pairing it with a new pair of Scansonic MB-1's (mini monitors) tomorrow.  A new sister company of Raidho Speakers in Denmark.

A true definition of an all-in-one system.

Yes, I have been doing this, they sound good very good detail and an alive sound, bass is stronger and deeper than the HD800. I can not imagine a better pairing than MHA & HD800 though.
