@Ribeye: Ahh, you shoulda bought my Hifiman HM-602 while I still had it! Had no interesting offers/attention so I just traded it with another HFier for the Woo WA3 OTL amp + cash.

I must have missed the listing. It's a toss-up between ak100 and hm-901 for me right now. And seems like there are little interest in Fostex HP-P1 so I don't wanna handcuff myself with both. anywhere to demo the ak100 in Vancouver?

Ribeye, I don't want to mention the member as it is up to him to say what he is bringing (if indeed he is able to make it) but talking to him the other day he will be bringing his AK100 and it is the RWA version. Sadly the 801 is now not made, I got one of the last three available in North America and am so glad I did and from what I am reading of the 901 I think the 801 suites my musical tastes more (not saying the 901 is bad!) Of course i will withhold full opinions until hearing it.
