I pretty much nailed it down to the Etymotic HF5 or MC5 for under $150.

Please keep in mind sound quality is not what I'm after.
I really just need the maximal amount of isolation possible.

I've seen the MULTI IEM Compared Thread and I see the HF5 have a score of 4.5/5 and MC5 have a score of 4/5 for isolation. But I also saw graphs from headphone.com that shows MC5 isolates about the same as HF5.

I can't really decide which to get?
Or is there a headphone out there that isolates even more than these two?

Thanks in advance!

I think the isolation difference is minimal. If anything, the HF5's will isolate better because the nozzle is smaller, therefore allowing deeper insertion.

With the tri-flanges, they're both excellent isolators.
