Hi,

I have had my Tubemagic D1+ for a couple of weeks now, but I have an issue. With all my headphones (HD25, Allessandro MS2, and AKG 551) I have had some "distorted background sounds"/"noicy" sound. This tells me (as the nuub I am) that the amp is probably way to powerfull for my current setup. Which is probably confirmed by the insanly low volumes I have to set on my computer/the volume knob.  Oh, and I should mention that I got the fully upgraded D1+.

So my question is; can anyone recommend/point me in the right direction to an amp that's of high quality, but with (a lot) less actual power than my current opamp to better suit primarily my Alessandro MS 2's.
