Is there a way to activate the line out that I'm just not seeing or is it just a max volume and not a true line out? Because I can still control the volume in the OS before the amp and was wondering what's the right way to go about amping the signal from the Transit.

Thanks!

It's not a true line out. It passes through an op-amp, as you can see.

I don't think the volume really makes a difference. I know that some sources I have had in the past lost detail at lower volumes, but I have tried the transit at different volume settings and can't tell a difference. However, I usually leave it sort of low, and let my amp do the amping: especially when I'm on the road, my PA2V2 had channel imbalances at low volumes, so I prefer to have the amp cranked up rather than the transit.
