I've downsized my home, so the Magnaplanars gotta go. I may also sell the amplification (SimAudio - fabulous), and concentrate on private listening. The Camelot is their Morgana CD unit, which has variable output as well as a headphone OUT. Is there a wonderful match, in headphones, to this source? I don't have access to the manual and specs right now, so I can't offer much in the way of a technical description. Is the power from the Morgana enough to push Senn HD600's (and the like), or would an outboard can-amp be needed, for hours upon hours of truly enjoyable results? I enjoy detail, imaging/soundstage, and not much classical except for some guitar. I also listen to some old rock, swing era w/vocals, a bit of country, and am open to expanding my tastes in music. Thanks for entertaining this, my quandry, with me.
