I need a program to tag my mp3s, whats a good free one which could add tags to multiple tracks at once?

I used one called The Godfather - it works pretty well, tagging to ID3 if you have correct filetree names, or vice versa. It's a godsend if you want to transfer your music to your computer from your iPod - just copy/paste the hidden folders and run this to get correct filetree names from ID3 tags!

I've used The Godfather (strange choice of name) and MP3Tag is much better, IMO.

MP3tag is much easier to use than The Godfather.

These days, I use Foobar for 90% of my tagging.

It's not free, but Tag&Rename is the best I've found at doing mass retagging. It also has very useful file rename capabilities.

i use mp3nity, pretty unpopular software. only thing is it doesnt display bitrate correctly otherwize i find it faster than most other softwares.

Thanks guys I never knew about this program. Finally I don't have to do every mp3 one by one and everyone knows doing one by one gets repetitive and tiring all too quick. What a stress reliever!
