Sure. The consensus is they're made by Stax and are clones or near-clones of the Stax SR-3 or possibly the SR-5. State of the art in electrostatics circa 1971. If the transformers inside the box are as big as the size of the box implies, this could be a step above the normal SR-3/5.
Like all early-'70s 'stats, they have to be driven off the speaker terminals of a decent amplifier-- 30w/ch and up, and capable of handling reactive loads. A 1975 Sony TA-5650 VFET integrated amp would be perfect.
