Making RCA Switch Box (Soldering Question)

Yes, we do..

But you need to be a bit more specific..

The Center pin on an RCA jack is the signal connection (ie Hot)  and the outside body of the connector is ground.  You can usually just connect all the ground connections together, and then run the hot connections to your switch..

Have you tried google?

First you need to have a rotary switch with two channels. The ground is shared, so you just have to solder the outside pins to each other. If you want one input and several output, then you solder the inputs inside pin to the input of the rotary switch and the outputs inside pin to the outputs of the rotary switch. I hope it was understandable.
