Hey guys, I want to make my own headband but don't know how to approach it. I don't have the cash to spend $40 on a headband and I have yet to find one in grey. I'm thinking about purchasing a belt and doing it myself. What tools would I need? Do I fold two pieces of the belt and sew the metal strip in between them, or do I cut a slit for the metal strip? Is their alternatives to the belt? These are only a few of the questions plaguing my mind. I would appreciate any insight from anyone who has attempted a similar project =)

If you want it look good, I can't help you. I sewed on a small pillow stuffed with wool on my PS-1000 headband. Look's really ugly but it's 20 times more comfortable now =)

I think it's extremely hard to do things like these without any experience in design or crafting-skills. But good luck an please post pics if you make something.
