Making DIY cables: Should I use Solder or hot glue or any other glue?

I said "Have Fun with your headphones and thanks you guys." after I said "so called help" to show that I did appreciate it I guess you did not catch that.
And We. My apologies I have never met another who care about being stereotyped. We even say stereotypical things to each other about being jocks. We have better things to do than to worry about that stuff. Any way I don't use geek cause it is a much harsher word in some peoples opinion.
And also I would like to point out that you never criticized the apple vs oranges guy basically saying its all your opinion. When you guys have called me dumb and said its so obvious its way better to solder. That is worse than me asking the question that like if I posted in a thread to an audiophile that Skullcandys vs Westone 3's which is better and said its your opinion (obviously W3's beat SC in every single aspect its better). No to offend to him since he has helped me a lot before
So that we can all be happy ill state a new way of thanking you:Thank you everyone for you contribution to this thread. Your help is greatly appreciated.
