This is beautiful!

He takes DIY to a special level, but I notice he appears to be using commercially drawn wire.
Maybe he doesn't have a the furnace necessary to smelt his own iron ore and create steel for drawing

This is the very famous KRON factory in the Czech republic who make some of the largest tubes in production.
You can see now why they cost so much with all that hand crafting.
 
I had heard there was a video showing the construction of the KRON vacuum tubes but have never been able to locate it.
Would be interesting to have seen if the vintage tubes we all know and love were hand crafted in the same way
