I want to make a mold for custom in ear monitor, So I wanted to consult with you about the best material for making a mold.
It is important to me that after I finished and gave the mold to rest a few hours.I get a solid form be comfortable working with her, Be smooth and not too sticky. then i can pour into silicone or acrylic material.
And that eventually I can get the most accurate custom in ear monitor mold, So I can move to the next stage. i thought maybe the material:
OOMOO® Silicone Rubber

What do you think just important to me that I got a good quality mold.
Another question.
What material do you recommend that I can prepare the custom in ear monitor itself, It must be high quality, soft but not too much, and not cause skin irritation.

Thanks everyone for the help

Audiologists make molds direct by injecting material into your ear and when the mold hardens it is sent to a specialist company. What I don't know is the name of the stuff. Try and find out from an audiologist dept. of your local hospital. Get friendly with a member of the staff . All you need to know is the name of it and where to buy it.
