A couple months ago my Magni 2 AC adapter's casing broke in two. I went onto the EU Schiit site and brought a replacement. When this arrived I saw that it wasn't the right adapter, so I contacted EU Schiit who informed me I had purchased the wrong adapter. I arranged to send back the adapter and have the correct one sent out to me. I used my former workplace as the recipient address. Since I no longer work there I asked for this to be sent to my home address.
I didn't hear anything back after two weeks so I e-mailed Schiit to ask what was causing the delay. They informed me there was no paperwork for the returned AC adapter and they didn't know who it belonged to.
In my e-mail I stressed the AC adapter should be sent to my home address. Which I gave them. They sent it via DPD to my former work address.
When I e-mailed Schiit they said they weren't aware of of the delivery address!
Despite only ever dealing with this person, throughout.
I don't think they'll sort this out and I want to know where I can buy this product without going through Schiit EU.
I've tried Amazon and can't find it.
