I currently have the HD 600 with the Magni 2 and have no complaints.  I do want a bigger soundstage and more detail so I'm thinking of buying the HD 800.  Does the Magni 2 have enough to pull the potential out of the HD 800?

I am a big fan of the Sennheiser HD800. I use my Schiit Magni 1 with it. It's not the best match, my CEC HD53N sounds alot better than the Magni. But my CEC died, so I use my Magni. The Magni is surprisingly good for a $100 amp. The Magni 2 should be even better than the Magni 1. The Magni has plenty of power to drive the HD800 to normal listening levels. I encourage you to get the HD800, it's an awesome headphone. You can always upgrade your amp in the future, but the Magni will drive the HD800 just fine.
