With the absence of much loved Exact Audio Copy (is there an equivilent) and Foobar on the Windows side, what Mac users do you use?

I just use ITunes 3. It's easy to use and it does what I need

I use iTunes for organizing and synching with iPod, but you MUST USE LAME FOR ENCODING!!!!!

You can download the latest working LAME encoder and an applescript that works within iTunes to convert CDs to MP3s.
The encoding is FAR SUPERIOR to the iTunes encoder.
And it's free.

Using VBR Joint Stereo at least 192 bit rate and it's almost indistinguishable from CD.
