MacBook’s, you’ll hate them or love them. I have the MacBook Pro 2018 13” and am very happy with them. In the beginning you have to get used to the operation system, but that shouldn’t be an objection. Once you get used to it, the operation system is very intuitive.
If you compare MacBooks in general to Windows laptops, you’ll pay more for the same specs (the Apple up count) and most games will be developed for Windows. Furthermore the 13” MacBook Pro does not have a dedicated graphics card, so the 15” MacBook is the sole option for gaming.
If you’ll mainly use your laptop for gaming, I would go for a dedicated Windows gaming laptop.
