I currently have a soundmagic pl30, that I bought a year ago.
I've decided to get a new budget iem and it's between these two now.
I can get the Meelectronics M9 for $25 with shipping using the 20% off coupon.
I can get the SoundMAGIC PL21 from focalprice for $17 using a coupon too.

According to many people the M9 are better than the PL30 although
they have a worse sound stage. They also have excellent build quality and a decent amount of accessories.

The PL21's have a less wide soundstage than the M9 and the treble is much worse. Good build quality and accessories too. However, they are cheaper.

What do you guys think?

I can't give any suggestions other than the fact that the M9s can be purchased for cheaper here (also in black). They should be offering the new version since the website didn't list the M9s for a while.

EDIT: Didn't realize you were outside the US. My apologies.

Newegg doesn't ship internationally.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the price I'm quoting is for the M9p(Same except it has a microphone), I figure giving the extra $3 for the microphone is worth it if I maybe want to use it with my phone.

I can say I have the PL21's and think they are a great deal for the price, but that's about all I can say.

pl30's dynamics is tame, m9 is too boomy and it bleeds across the mids and highs killing the details and resolution

Can anyone else back this up? If this is true then I'll most likely buy the PL21.
