i should add that i listen to mostly elctronice music but i do listen to alot of classes too so... but mostly elctronice music(dubstep....etc)

The sound between the two isn't that different, but the COP has adjustable bass, so I'd go with that for electronic music. However if you wanted to save up a bit I'd say skip both of them and buy a V-Moda M-100. I much prefer it to either for electronic music, but it is quite a bit more expensive.
