Can you please help me out , i am about to purchase following amp and  dac

I was wondering do you guy recommend this setup or do you think there is something better in that price range ?

I own the M Stage amp and think it is a remarkable value for the price (I do not have the dac). What you should do is read the recent reviews on this forum by Maxvla. Here is a link to one: http://www.head-fi.org/products/matrix-m-stage-hpa-2-w-usb-dac/reviews/10470
 
He has also reviewed other Matrix products in your price range. I would caution against getting the older version of their dac as the new one is said to be far better. The M Stage can certainly power your HE400. At the price you would have a very hard to time beating the Matrix products.
