Are the M-Audio and Ultimate Ears corresponding models exactly the same?

Does anyone have experience with both and can weigh in? did a few searches on headfi and google, but didn't find anything.

keyword will be Jerry Harvey, co-founder for both M-Audio and UE.

afaik, M-Audio only rebadged it. The only difference will be the colours and packaging.
