As posted in an older thread of mine my Roomate needs a sound card for mixing is music, he is an amateur.
I was going to suggest he get a ESI juli, but since we live in CANADA they are hard to come buy.
SO we have narrowed down the choice to either the M-audio 2496 or the Delta 192($30 difference)
He plans for the time being until he can afford monitors, to use a headphone a SONY MDR-V6/7506. Does anyone know if the delta 192 is powerful enough unamped to drive the SONY MDR-V6, from what I remembered the V6's are very easy to drive.
My question is as follows since it's a pro soundcard and will output analog at 1/4 mono balanced, is there an "1/4" Female Stereo to (2) 1/4" Male Mono Y-Adapter" so that he can hook his headphones to the analog out direct?
