Hello everybody.... I'm from Brazil, and I'm having a really tuff time trying to buy this cable..... M-audio online store doesn't sell to Brazil..... the Brazilizan reseller support is a joke......... so I was wondering....
Do any of you guys know how to make that cable ?
The "who goes where" pins scheme?
It would be nice to make a complete cable, but I really only need the coaxial conection.......
is there anyone able to help me ?!?!

thanks! Coincidence.... I had already lost so much time looking for something like this.... I mean... months... and then... right after posting this topic, I also found that link.......
anyway... thank you very much for your reply.......
Interesting.... there're some information missing.....
They don't know there the polarity of midi conection..... do you have any ideia about it ?
Do anybody knows ?

Just to you all know, I just followed the pins instructions on the other link....
And now I have a coxial in / out working on my Audiophile 2496....
