Here is the important portion of the message that was sent to me regarding the problem:


.....I'm so sorry to tell you,there is an urgent problem about LZ A3,the cable connectoer (mmcx place) is not ok,and now the manufacturer have slove this problem,the new cable will come out 10 days later,and all the orders have ship out before will resend a new cable with tracking NO.,sincerely apologize for this situation;also,if your LZ-A3 have any problem,you can send back to us,we will resend a new one to you,and we will offer all the shipping cost.....


If you have other earphones with MMCX connector cables just use them until the new replacements arrive. Problem solved.

Hmmm. My LZ-A3 has just left China and I have not received any message like this from HCK yet. Shall contact them Monday.

Hey guys, I've received my earphones back from LZ.
He replaced the cable's MMCX connectors. The new connectors make more sense if you're going to wear the headphones over the ear. Take a look to my first post.

The problem is that the original MMCX connectors are too short, and also a bit loose.

Not sure but I contacted HCK (I ordered from them via AliExpress) and they told me they will send me a replacement if I want to - but asked me to check first if I am ok with the connector as is.
 
They said:
 
Some buyers had bad connections with the MMCX connector and hence they would ask for a replacement. 
 
So basically if I am not happy it must be replaced. Let's see, shipping in my country is very slow - so it still can take a while until I get it....

Johnny, It's just Chinese sellers undercutting each other. I have a code for Easy's LZA3 on Amazon. P.M. me I will give it to you. I think it's my last one until they send me more.

If you order now, I guess you will have the cable with the new connectors.

Also, in long run, I guess most of us would like to try out different MMCX cables.
