Since Musicteck doesn't want to replace it, it means that LP is confirming that having a popping effect is not a defective unit and is probably caused by firmware.
When you contact the authorial dealer about replacement, they first request the manufacturer about the problem.

Wouldn't we have more affected users if that was the case?

Ok so I finally received my W4 last week, unfortunately my local store didn't receive any cases and I could really use one. Are there any stores in Europe that have the cases and sell them separately? Audioessence only allows them to be bought bundled with the W4

Why? I said you are right... however if you prefer a more delta/sigma sound and low power consumption you can also consider a Questyle M15.

If it's Apple compatibility issue, from what I've read RU-7 is not immune if not worse due to higher power draw.

That use to be the case for UK, but now everything arrives in 7 days, at least for me.

Both my W4 & W2 have stopped working with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The dongles power on and look like they’re connected, but there’s no sound. I’ve tested both dongles with an Android device and they still work perfectly, so the issue seems to be isolated to my iPhone. I’ve also tried using a different Lightning to USB-C cable but that hasn’t helped. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve tried the obvious stuff like rebooting the iPhone and closing/reopening all apps etc. and my apple 3.5mm dongle is working perfectly fine.

Which iOs version do you use? I am using the newest iOs on iPhone 13 Pro (16.6) with W2, both work flawlessly
