Anything worth posting from weibo ?
L&P Official Weibo Page
Mostly there are nice photo shots but there is still no release date. Saying that software is currently optimized. I haven't had weibo account yet, therefore any "See More" text I can't see it. Using google translate, one can get briefly L4Pro info. L4Pro was first debut at Japan about Nov 2 or 3. Some japaneses praise it is the best sounding in this price range (it hits above its price tag in that meaning).

Best "in price range" means its ok but not great.

Yes, it is as we know. The direct competitors would be Shanling M6, FiiO M11, iBasso DX160, Hiby R3Pro, etc. I am seeking for a new device as a sub-DAP for video & audio streaming purpose. However it's difficult to meet my picky criteria. (Android OS, more than 10 playback hours with flac 24bit 192kHz, 4.5 inch display as minimum, 4.4 balance output, SRC bypass, etc.)
1. Sony ZX-507 : Nice sounding. up-to-date Android 9. The longest playback hours via balanced (more than 10 hours). But it is quite low drive power to me, and there is no SRC bypass. Also, its display is too small to me for watching videos happily.
2. Shanling M6 : Some said they prefer its sounding over FiiO M11Pro. It seems Shanling has energetic Firmware developer teams so they might solve almost all upcoming bug issue between M6 and third party app. However its playback hours via balanced is less than 10 hours which I expect over than that.
3. L&P L4Pro : I've ever tried L4 and I like how it sounds. I think L4Pro should not worse than L4. From what L&P announced, there is 4.4 mm PO/LO (checked), SRC bypass (checked), 5-inch 1080p display (checked). Because of its specs has 4500mAh battery (whilst Shanling M6 has 4000mAh) + only one DAC chip, I expect its playback hours might be above 10 hours (TBA).

Look forward to L4 Pro final specs ~ :grinning:

This looks really similar to the Hiby R8.

What we Know

At least 1 x AK4497 DAC
3.5mm SE (also Line Out and SPDIF)
2.5mm balanced
4.4mm balanced (also Line Out)

Android
4GB RAM
64GB ROM
Take upto 2TB microsd card
Noise floor is as low as 1.0nV/√Hz
Silicon-germanium bipolar op amp (new tech)

This could be Texas Instruments new BiCom-III complementary bipolar SiGe process , which integrates both npn and pnp bipolar transistors to benefit from the high speed advantage of SiGe, and, for the first time, will make operational amplifiers Class AB.

Hi, for the 4.4mm balanced (Line Out), is it 5-pole or only 4-pole?

This looks quite interesting if it's small. P6 produces awesome organic 3d sound which is much much better than R2R2K imho but
I just hate their weird volume control not allowing me to listen at real low volume level using some of sensitive IEMs I enjoy.
