My Senn HD650's were creaking every time I moved my jaw and driving me crazy. After doing a search on here, I found that most recommended a tiny bit of pure silicone oil.

Keep in mind that the silicone oils at gun shops usually contain cleaning solvents which are likely to harm the plastic. In my area, all I could find at hardware stores were pure silicone lubricant in spray cans, which would have applied WAY too much from the spray nozzle.

Fortunately, I have a buddy who owns a machine shop and he gave me a small tube of 100% pure machine oil, with no other additives. Said it was basically a very high-grade sewing machine oil. I applied a tiny drop to each hinge area and the creaks are long gone.

Hope that helps you.
