Title says it all. I used to own a pair of Yuin pk3's but they have disappeared and I'm looking for a replacement. I'm willing to shell out a little bit more for earphones, are there anything is similar quality for the price?
I'm mainly going to be listening to mp3's or music streamed from Pandora, thus meaning I shouldn't get headphones of too high quality or else it'll just sound bad, is that correct?
I'd prefer to stay away from IEM's as i unfortunately have very wet earwax and IEM's leave an unpleasant sensation in my ear when I use them. Is the sound quality that much better on IEM's? If so I might be willing to suffer through wearing it for the sound. Are pk3's still the best for it's price range or are there equivalent headphones for a similar or slightly higher price? My budget would be about a 1-200 dollars.
