Do I need to buy 3 music cds that are on the database? Cant I just rip the current CD's I have & send them the data? Do I really have to buy 3?
 
With a CD I have, it comes up with CD Not Found In Offset database. under Offset/speed tab.

Odds are you can use Accuraterip to find out your drive's offset. They keep a database of each disc drive model and it's offset.
 
Personally, i use this guide.
See about half way down this page (section 5c) to check your offset with accuraterip.

If your CDs aren't being recognized as being in the database, you have some very eclectic tastes in music.  According to AR's website, there are over 20,000 titles currently.  Do you have the latest version of EAC?
