My SF5(non pro) cord died on me twice already, warranty expired and not feeling sending them in for repair.

I usually wear earphones in public places and buses, so earbuds are out of the question, couldnt really hear the music unless I turn them really loud. But for the SF5, I could never get even the smallest tips to go in my ear comfortably. Complys are costly in the long run...

Any recommendations for my situation? I need something that stays on, isolation isnt that much an issue as long as I can hear the music at normal volume, sound quality wise, subpar is fine, I prefer more forward mid for pop. I am thinking of clip ons, or behind the neck headphones, though I really prefer IEMs more if they fit. Are there any IEMs currently that has tips for very small ears?
