Looking to change Oppo PM3 to Shure SE535 - similar sound quality ?

Ok change of circumstances mean I only get chance to listen to music whilst commuting on the train, so will be looking to move the PM3's on, as they're not being used :frowning2:

So now considering Shure SE535 headphones. Are they worth the extra over the SE425 and how will I find the quality of sound vs the Oppo's ?

Was going to put a relevant For Trade Ad in the forums, but seems I'm not allowed yet.
