Does anyone know where I can buy a pair of Senn 650's that have the deep cup from Larry? I have a pair of Darth Beyers and they're great but I must say, the first time I listened to the un-modded 650's they blew me away. I know they're not closed phones but I think I want to take the chance, after all, Larry wouldn't offer them (Senn 650 woodies) if they totally messed up the sound...would he? If I have to I'll just buy a new pair and send them to Larry. Your help appreciated.

I think you only have to order the wooden cups and install them yourself:

Guess its also reversible if you dont like it (altho its a bit expensive to 'just try it' imo).

Why you need this?
It will not sound better.
It looks bad with Senns-completely out of conception\design. Not merges organically in with cans like in case with Beyers.
Will make not the most comfortable phones even heavier.
Will put additional stress on not the most durable construction.
