I've seen the Sennheiser HD 280 PRO for under 80$ once in the U.S, but right now it costs a bit more if you just check amazon. Maybe you'll find it below 80$ elsewhere. A relative of mine had them and they're already burned in. They close around your ears very nicely, they have good isolation (imo, some people with amazing ears may disagree), and balanced sound. I didn't try them for really long so I can't tell you really how the bass, mids and treble were, but they're generally well regarded by most.
