Now I use GS1000 with Rudi NX33 as my rig and I have plan to upgrade to PS1000 soon. I'm looking for some amp to drive PS1000 that have list below

-SPL Auditor
-Rudistor RPX-300
-Rudistor RPX-100
-AudioGD Phoenix
-Headamp GS-X
-RSA Apache

Any reason all the amps are SS? I just heard the PS1000 at CanJam being driven by a Cary tube amp and it sounded very very nice.

That all amps are ss because, I'm looking for fully balanced headphone amp and can be used as pre-amp in my 2ch system. Can you tell me? , that have any tube amp comes with fully balanced and pre-amp function.

You can ask Jack Wu to put some pre outs into a WA22 I guess. Nothing wrong with good solid state, though.
