i have the top cambridge soundworks but without the bag or portable kit. it's also being marketed as a 2.1 multimedia set for slightly cheaper, and in a small room it is more than sufficient impact and volume wise. pretty balanced sound, great bass and clarity, wonderful across the spectrum especially with the satellites that are designed for it (included). if the size works for you, then it's a great buy. look into battery ratings.

but the soundworks seem really interesting!
