I hope this isn't too much of a far fetched post. Basically, I am obsessed with the super wide airy sound with crispy, fast bass the DT880's provide, but I want the sound in IEMs. Unamped.
 
What are the closest IEMs to this sound? My budget is $200 USD / $260 CAD / ￥25,000. Thanks in advance.

You might try the Etymotic ER4-S.  I think they usually sell for a little bit more than your limit, but with some searching, you might find a price that's close.  Or you could go for a used pair.
