I listen to primarily Dubstep and Hip-Hop. I like my bass like any other. I did a quick look around for some decent IEMs, and I seen a few repeat offenders. Id like to stay around 40-50 USD bucks. I seen the HippoVB come up a lot. I seen these on Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/MEElectronics-SP51-BK-Preference-Headphone-Players/dp/B004OBZ2ZY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1361515313&sr=8-1&keywords=hippo+vb ) Are these the same thing, just re-branded? Looks damn near identical. None the less, Im up for suggestions. Thanks guys.

There's something for all tastes and all budgets in this thread. Find your price range, and then take a look at what has been reviewed.

Hippo VB will be excellent for hiphop, but not for dubstep, if you can increase your budget, have a look at Klipsch X10, otherwise, read about Brainwavz M4 or R1

I have had the meelec m11+ for about 1 and a half or so and I think they are great. I don't really have much to compare them to, the only other iem that i have are the brainwave m2 i think is what it's called and those are not that great for dubstep. the m11 have good bass and great isolation so i'd say there good for dubstep.
