Trying to find cheap bluetooth/wireless headphones to use paired to an iPhone and with my XBox ONE at the same time. It can either be completely wireless or I even plugged into the headset adapter on the XBox ONE controller while paired to the iPhone via bluetooth. As long as I can play XBox ONE and receive calls at the same time. It would be great if it could do this while charging as well, not really required, but helpful.

I have found some wireless gaming headsets that would do this, but they are all out of my cheap price range.

$30-$50 is the budget for 1. I'm trying to find something cheap because I plan on ordering 3-4 of them (1 for me and a couple more for any other people who will come into my house aand want to play XBox ONE).
