Hi,
 
I a musician (singer and guitarist) and would like to use standard closed headphones on stage.  Of course I would like them to be as discrete as possible but with a balanced sound and a good isolation.  What would you advise?

Go for IEMs. Etymotic/Shure/UE/Westone all pretty good depending on your tastes.

I don't want to go IEM because of the occlusion effect which really disturbs me.
