anything used would be better value for the money, I`d recommend B&W bookshelves but probably they need some strong amplifying,

What is your budget for small bookshelf speakers. I would recommend E.C.Speakers The Classic 2. It is outstanding and very musical. This is a very efficient speaker. If interested let me know. I can get you the information to buy a pair.
