Hello,
I'm new to head-fi and I'm currently searching for a pair of headphones which should be:
1. Portable, meaning: good performance on a portable player, foldable if possible, small in size.
2. Circumaural because on ears tend to be very uncomfortable on my ears although there are exceptions.
3. Neutral sounding. Very much preferred. I don't have anything against a light bass emphasis though.
I tried the search function but haven't found anything that fits my case.
I usually listen to pop, rock, trance, jazz, orchestral music (movie soundtracks etc) and sometimes classical music.
I don't plan on using any headphone amps except when I'm at home so it's very important that the headphones go well with mp3 players.
Currently, I have around 300 USD to spent. Less is always better although I also don't mind spending more if it's worth it.
Thanks in advance for the answers.
