my budget is 280 dollars. max 285 dollars.
this is for headphones.
if ill buy amp, it will be later when ill get the money.

over-ear. for every genre.
for home use. mostly music but also movies and games. (i listen to music alot)
wireless only if it doesnt affect quality, if i can get better quality in that budget than wired it is.

most important quality over anything else.

im not american or british so i order from international websites.
new and high quality items only.

hmmm i think thats it, if i forgot anything, just say and i add

thanks.

An amp is what gives power to the headphones. some headphones need more power than others, you can tell how much power they need by their ohm rating: 32ohm, 50ohm, 250ohm ect. the higher the ohm count the more power they need. every music capable device has some kind of amp, but most pc amps and phone amps are really bad.

If you want a good headphone under 280 that needs no amp i would look at the Sennheiser HD 598/558, or raise your budget up a little and get the Sennheiser Momentum (probably the best idea since they will be better than the 598 and 558).

HD 598: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Headphones-Burl-Wood-Accents/dp/B0042A8CW2

HD 558: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-504631-HD-558-Headphones/dp/B004FEEY9A/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1391309678&sr=1-1&keywords=hd+558

Momentum: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-505760-Momentum-Headphone-Black/dp/B00AZZNXOK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1391309726&sr=1-1&keywords=sennheiser+momentum

Hi,

You should consider Shure Srh-840 and SoundMagic HP-100.

Best Luck!

is it possible to use headphones that need amp, and just buy amp later when ill get the money ?
or anyway better to buy headphones without amp ?
(im not going to buy amp right now, maybe one day when ill get the money but not now).

also cant increase the budget, the 280 dollars is really stretching it already.
delivery price is not included.

*amazon delivery price can be very high, i prefer ebay or other safe sites with international delivery.
and ofcoarse, new and high quality.

EDIT:
thanks for the help but you give me low cost headphones, i got 280 to spend on headphones, and i want to use all of it.

Don't worry about the headphones price because it has nothing to do with sound quality most of the times.

If you want to get an amp later the SoundMagic HP100 or HP200 is probably the best choice since from what i see they can scale well with an amp.

you could get the HP100 and a Fiio amp like the E7, E11 or E10.

or you could get the HP100/200 now and enjoy them for what they are, and then get an amp later to really make them sound good.

another option is to just get the HD 558/598 which doesn't need an amp and will still sound very good.

The HP100 at 300 US its not a good deal since the usual asking price is 200 US, but maybe that's just in the united states.

What country are you buying from?

If your going to spend 300 US get the Sennheiser momentum.

in ebay it costs GBP 188.99 (including shipping), the shipping cost is 9.99 GBP.
but i cant find it on ebay on lower price, and amazon doesnt ship to my country (israel).
if i knew of other websites that sell headphones, safe, high quality and not too pricy, i would order from but i dont.

if i found good source to buy from i might even get the Momentum

You should consider Hifiman HE-300 and HE-400. Both well regarded headphones. HE-400 are priced 299 nowadays instead of 399 (its regular price)

HE-300 are dynamic headphones, while HE-400 are planar magnetic headphones.

This headphones are open back and do not provide any isolation.
