Budget - Open to anything
Source - I'll be upgrading to a different vinyl setup that I haven't built yet, think mid-fi DD and budget phono pre-amp.
Requirements for Isolation - None
Will you be using these Headphones in Public? No.
Preferred Type of Headphone - On-ear open-air
Preferred tonal balance - A decent soundstage would be nice.
Past headphones - Koss Porta Pro, AKG K501
Preferred Music - Electronic like IDM, ambient, techno and the classics...but also rock, metal
What would you like to improve on from your set-up - Not necessarily looking to improve, my K501s are just in disrepair and I like on-ears more.
Has anyone compared Grados and HFI-15G's for instance?
