I own a Shuoer Tape and they sound fantastic, but very uncomfortable.
Best fit for me was a 1More Quad.

Are there any actual IEMs for wearing them straight down?

The Grado GR8e and GR10e both fit the bill.

My Preferences are Shouer Tape Sound and 1More Quad Fit.

Are there any current headphones from 2019/2020? I don't think headphones from 2018 or earlier can match today's price-performance ratio. Therefore I ask for current products.
