Hello! My Westone 1's are on their way out so I'm looking at buying some new IEMs, trying to stay below the $300 range. Mainly looking for pretty decent noise suppression, cable build, more bass heavy (my Westones always felt a bit lacking on the bass), and a more aggressive detailed sound. It'd be nice if it has detachable cables but not a must if there's more suited IEMs at the same price point in terms of sound.

If I am understanding you correctly, you should maybe check out the Dunu DN 2000J and see what you think. It is possible it could work for you potentially. Alternatively, at the other side of the ledger, you could look into an IE80, which should have the bass you are looking for. Lastly, in the middle of those two might be the very good Campfire Orion--it is also worth checking out. Some thoughts, FWIW. YMMV, of course.
